What we do

Event services.
Everything for your event.

Strategy, design and management of your event. Key notes, workshops, creative wrap-ups & visual reports.

Strategy before logistics

Decide what the event must achieve — then design programme, speakers and room to serve that outcome.

One team, end to end

Strategy, design, moderation and support can sit with the same people — so nothing is lost between plan and stage.

Formats that stick

Keynotes, workshops, debates and wrap-ups chosen for impact — not for filling a template agenda.

“Olaf was highly professional, engaging and well-prepared throughout. He managed the flow of the programme effectively, kept the discussions on time, and created a natural and comfortable environment for both speakers and guests.”

Strategy before logistics.
Always.

A good policy event only works if everything is in sync: fit with your public-affairs strategy, event design & moderation, communication and event management.

Event strategy means deciding what your event should achieve before you plan a single session. We help you define clear goals, map the event to your wider objectives, and design the programme backwards from the outcome you want.

Strategy is why and what. Event management is how. We do both — but strategy comes first, because managing an event well only pays off if it aims at the right outcome.

How we work

From brief to wrap-up

  1. Outcome before agenda

We pin down what the event must achieve for your public-affairs goals — then work backwards into programme, guests and format.

  2. Orchestrate the day

Run-of-show, speaker care, room flow and production — so content, timing and hospitality stay in sync.

  3. Land the afterglow

Creative wrap-ups, visual reports and a clear readout of what moved — so the investment keeps working after the last coffee.

FAQ

FAQ — Event services

What is event strategy, and why does my event need one?

Event strategy means deciding what your event should achieve before you plan a single session. We help you define clear goals, map your event to your wider public affairs or communication objectives, and design the programme backwards from the outcome you want. A good event isn't a stand-alone moment — it's the beginning, catalyst or grand finale of a longer process, and strategy is what makes it pay off.

When should we involve you in the strategy phase?

As early as possible — ideally before the format, speakers or venue are fixed. We add the most value at the start, when goals, audience and messaging are still open. The earlier we're involved, the more we can shape an event that actually moves your policy or communication agenda, rather than just fills an afternoon.

How is event strategy different from event management?

Event strategy is about why and what: your goals, your audience, your message, and how the event fits your broader agenda. Event management is about how: the logistics, venue, speakers, suppliers and run-of-show that make it happen. We do both — but strategy comes first, because managing an event well only pays off if it's aimed at the right outcome.

How does event strategy fit with moderation and programme design?

They're one continuous process. Strategy sets the goals; programme design turns those goals into the right formats and sessions; moderation delivers them in the room. Because we do all three, your objectives carry through from the first planning call to the closing words on stage — nothing gets lost between strategy and execution.

Can you handle the full policy event, not just the strategy?

Yes. For end-to-end policy events, our sister brand policyevent.eu brings public affairs strategy, event design, event management and moderation together as one integrated offer. A good policy event is only effective when every part works in sync — the fit with your public affairs strategy, the design and moderation, the communication and the management. If you need all of it handled as one, policyevent.eu is built for exactly that.

Who do you build event strategies for?

We work with EU institutions, industry associations, umbrella organisations, NGOs and public affairs agencies — anyone whose event needs to serve a policy or advocacy goal. Whether it's a high-level summit, a stakeholder dialogue or a campaign moment, we align the event with your EU policy context and your organisation's objectives.

What do we get out of a strategy session with you?

You get clarity: clearly defined goals, a sharp sense of your audience and message, and a programme concept designed to reach them. From there we can take it as far as you need — from a strategic blueprint you run yourself, to full design, management and moderation. The aim is always maximum return on the time, budget and attention your event demands.
