Kelly Agathos

Kelly is a performer, trainer, moderator and entrepreneur. 

She graduated in Archaeology from the University of Cambridge, during which time she was recruited by Stelios Hadji Ioannou (of easyJet fame) to heathe Classical Greece Cruise division of his company, easyCruise, in Athens. When she relocated to Brussels, Kelly spent 9 years working in EU affairs and, at the very same time, discovered and fell in love with improvisational theatre. In 2019, Kelly turned her passion into her full-time job, quitting the European Commission and becoming a professional improviser. She is the founder of ImproBubble, a company through which a talented roster of teachers share their vision of improvisation for the stage, the workplace, and for life. 

In 2021, Kelly’s drive for communicating the European Union in an entertaining and accessible way led to the creation of The Schuman Show -a stand up, sketch and improv medley of European political comedy that has taken Brussels by storm since its inception. She served as the show's host for 5 years.

When she isn’t teaching, directing or performing, Kelly is combining her past and her present to give keynotes, host events and facilitate corporate trainings by using improvisation to bring out the best in teams and individuals, both in Brussels and around the world.

Kelly has moderated for a diverse array of events such as the Effie Awards, The EU Progressive Forum, The MEP Awards, The EU Tourism Days, HOTREC's General Assembly, Tik Tok's Guide to Brussels and Harvard's annual European Conference.

Prior clients include: Bain & Company, FTI Consulting, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Council, Google, Barco, Deloitte, Euroclear, Fragomen, Amazon, Zero Waste Europe and the European Policy Centre, Johnson & Johnson.
