Conference audience in a European event hall

What we doEvent services

Keynotes, workshops & debates.
And now for something completely different.

Obligatory welcome, keynote, panel, workshops, plenary reports โ€” conferences can be so much more. Not for the sake of it, but to maximise your results.

Conference audience in a European event hall

And now for something completely different.

If people zone out, browse their phone or leave early, they are not impacted โ€” and you have no result. Orchestrate engagement: book us as moderator to rethink the agenda, or book any of the sessions below (45โ€“180 minutes). Many are included in moderation for better value.

Formats

Sessions to replace traditional keynotes

Some people give great presentations. Most people do not. There are many other ways to share information โ€” book us to host one of these sessions (45โ€“180 minutes), alone or as part of moderation.

  • Quiz-style session at a European conference

    Quiz

Want people to remember the key points โ€” and your expert to skip the long preamble? Turn the presentation into a quiz. You choose ~10 insights; we run the rest. Ideal when the expert knows a lot but is not a natural presenter.

  • Pitch competition on stage

    Pitch competition

Kill death-by-PowerPoint: a strict format and tight speaking time force concise, rethought presentations โ€” with energy the room actually feels.

  • TEDx-style conference session

    TEDx-style session

Your own in-house TEDx: we coach speakers for short, strong talks and run the room in TEDx style so the whole block feels like an event, not a slide dump.

  • Video reportage at an event

    Video reportage or explainer

Hire us as reporters for a short reportage that packs information and vibe โ€” or for an explainer video that carries the message beyond the room.

Formats

Forget the panels โ€” let everybody debate

Sometimes people want to listen. Mostly they want to speak โ€” or you need them to form an opinion, not only consume. Classics below, or we design your ideal debate form.

  • Lower house style debate

    Lower house debate

Two sides, structured arguments, familiar and practical. People pick sides and work toward the middle; a panel or jury can land a verdict. Best moment: someone hears the other side and walks across the aisle.

  • Revolving courtroom debate format

    Revolving courtroom debate

Proponents, opponents and judges rotate each round โ€” high energy and competitive. Judges vote before and after: who changed their mind, and on which argument? You learn which points actually move peers.

  • Over the line / spectrum debate

    Over the line debate

One side of the room is one extreme, the other the opposite. People stand where they stand โ€” extremes, nuance or middle. We hear the poles first, then work inward. Physical position makes the discussion democratic and visible.

  • Table cloth dialogue in small groups

    Table cloth dialogue

Small-group debate, dialogue or case study. A carefully designed assignment on the table (poster) keeps the conversation on track without killing energy.

Formats

A wrap-up nobody forgets

Closing plenaries die when they only โ€œreport backโ€. These endings harvest the day with energy โ€” and stick in memory.

  • Comedy roast style conference wrap-up

Comedy roast, fake speech or PowerPoint karaoke

Itโ€™s funny because itโ€™s true โ€” or could be true. A sharp, entertaining close that still reflects what the day was about.

  • Sing-along conclusions wrap-up

    Sing-along conclusions

During the day we write new lyrics to a classic song that capture the conclusions โ€” then the room sings (and remembers) them.

  • Pub quiz style conclusions

    Pub quiz conclusions

Who paid attention? After the quiz, everybody has. Fun enough that nobody notices it is a clever way to lock in key messages.

Formats

A report people will actually use

Nobody reads long post-event reports. You still need to share results with people who were not in the room โ€” try these.

  • Multimedia event report

    Multimedia report

Written text, video, photos and audio in one package โ€” journalistic quality, built to be opened, not filed.

  • Story-led video report from a conference

    Video report

Not a vibe-only aftermovie: a video that tells the story, the conclusions and why the day mattered.

  • Podcast recorded at a conference

    Podcast

During the event we record a podcast (or series) with speakers and guests โ€” content that keeps working after the coffee cups are gone.

Formats

When a great keynote is the right call

Keynotes work as the exception for exceptional speakers โ€” or when our network brings a framing talk that sets up the rest of the day.

  • Expert keynote on current affairs

    The current state of affairs

A keynote by one of our experts on the current state of play โ€” clear for outsiders, substantive for insiders, without institutional fog.

  • EU legislative train workshop

    The EU legislative train 101

EU processes feel complicated. This workshop gives the basics in a playful format so the rest of your programme can go deeper.

Formats

Rethink your whole conference format

Sometimes the fix is not one session โ€” it is the architecture of the day. Signature formats we design and run end to end.

  • Conference talkshow format

    Talkshow

Condense the programme into a fast-paced talkshow: no long monologues, dense bits of content in interview form so timing and message stay under control.

  • Brussels Bubbles signature event format

    Brussels Bubbles

Our signature format: two stories, a quiz, two intermezzos โ€” and bubbles. A sharp way to brief a mixed room without another template panel.

  • Newsroom-style conference format

    The Newsroom

Serve both insiders who want depth and outsiders who need a way in โ€” a newsroom-style architecture that produces content as the day unfolds.

  • The Surgeon collaborative panel format

    The Surgeon

Forget panels where everyone sticks to talking points. A collaborative format that cuts into the issue together โ€” sharper diagnosis, clearer next steps.
